Counselling or Focused Social Support Life Story Sessions$90 per hour. Life Story Support is delivered as a package of 6 consecutive weekly 1-hour sessions.
• “Cuppa & Chat” (informal connection sessions) • Walk & Talk (movement-based support) • Light gardening and companionship • Life story documentation (must be cognitively capable) • Photo Sorting and Reminiscing
• Creative engagement activities
• Community access support• Transport assistance • Meal preparation • Domestic support and guided task assistance
General Social Support, Domestic Assistance and Community AccessFrom $80 per hour, plus $1.00 per kilometre for travel during the visit. A minimum booking of 1 hour applies.
